The main house comprises of a double master bedroom (carpeted) with four poster bed, en-suite bathroom and French windows leading to the covered terrace. There is a further twin-bedded room (carpeted) with en-suite bathroom.

The separate annex offers an additional double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms in the main house, and underfloor heating in all the bathrooms, the Salon and Dining Room.

The entrance opens out into a large salon with working fireplace and dining area. The whole length of this room has French windows leading onto the covered terrace, which offers a separate seating and dining area with a built-in barbecue. From here one can enjoy the garden and views to the sea. At the side of the house there are superb views of La Concha mountain.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the maid comes in 2 hours a day, Monday to Saturday mornings. Additional features are Satellite T.V., C.D. Player, Guest toilet, Carport for parking and security buzzer entrance from parking, full time gardener.
