Sugar Hill is an exclusive gated community with stunning views over the Caribbean, located in the parish of St. James.  The resort offers four floodlit tennis courts and the Colonial style clubhouse has a 2000 sq.ft. pool, reception area, fitness centre, bar and restaurant.  Frangipani is situated opposite the tennis courts and provides use of the "Suga Suga" Beach, Bar, Restaurant and Spa which is only a seven minute drive away. 

On the ground floor of this privately owned 2 storey villa is a powder room, fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer with a door to a separate laundry room and drying area. The kitchen and lounge are open plan and the lounge has cable TV, radio and CD plyer. Double doors open on to a covered dining terrace with plunge pool. Also on the ground floor is an air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom and double doors opening on to the terrace. Upstairs there are two more air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The large bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has separate shower and corner bath. Both rooms have double doors leading on to the terrace with views of the Caribbean. An electronic safe is provided in the master bedroom.
