La Heredia is perched on the mountainside, and is considered to be one of the most charming cobbled villages, with delightful Andalusian colours; each house having its own very unique character. The location is perfect, with views through the mountains to the sea and Gibraltar. Additionally, there are a selection of excellent restaurants in the area, two Championship Golf courses, an exclusive Tennis Club and the nearest shops in the local fishing town of San Pedro are just 7 minutes drive away. Just 3 minutes drive away, you will find a supermarket that is open every day of the year, selling all supermarket items, newspapers, cigarettes, gifts and many other things.

La Heredia has two communal swimming pools, one of which can be heated through the short winter months. There is also a very nice restaurant in the development, with delightful outdoor terrace for alfresco dining. The beach is a 10 minute drive away, with Puerto Banus a further 5 minutes along the coast.
