THE PROPERTY

Xanadu is a truly magical Beach Mansion situated on the Palm Jumeirah (the unique man-made island built in the shape of a date palm tree) which is home to some of the world's most sought after luxury villas. Guests can enjoy unique beachfront living in astonishing sorroundings with stunning water views.

BEDROOMS

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total - 4 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and walk-in wardrobes.
Master Bedroom 1 - (Double) King size bed (en-suite / jacuzzi bath / walk-in shower / floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular sea view / private terrace & balcony with day bed facing the sea)
Bedroom 2 - (Double) Queen size bed (garden view)
Bedroom 3 - (Twin) 2 Single beds (garden view)
Bedroom 4 - (Twin) 2 Single beds (sea / pool view)
Bedroom 5 - (Double) Queen size 4 poster bed (overlooks the pool, beach, gardens and landscape grounds)
Bedroom 6 - (Double) Queen size bed (ground floor suitable for disabled guest / garden view)

PROPERTY FACILITIES

WORKSTATION: A fully equipped Laptop with WI-FI, webcam and All-in-One Colour Printer/Scanner/Copier available for guest use free of charge. Land Phone (International Direct Dialling), Local Mobile Phone and Fax facility available at additional cost.

BATHROOMS: There are seven bathrooms in this villa. All the 6 bedrooms have individual bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. Towels, bathroom accessories and hairdryers are provided.

LAUNDRY: A washing machine and dryer is available along with steam iron and ironing board.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Cleaning service & evening turn down service is provided by the housekeeper on a daily basis. Bed linens & Towels are changed twice weekly.

AIR CONDITIONING: The Villa is airconditioned with most rooms having independent controls.

TRANSPORTATION: One arrival and one departure airport transfer ( from and to Dubai International Airport) is provided by our driver free of charge. The car accommodates a maximum of 7 passengers. A further additional round trip in the general Jumeirah/Dubai Marina/Emirates Mall area is available to guests daily free of charge, 6 days a week. The driver is also available for additional trips which will be charged at local taxi rates.

PETS: Pets are not permitted.

EATING & LIVING

DINING: Indoor fine dining area for up to 12 people. Chef can be booked if required with advance notice at additional cost.  BBQ and Al-fresco dining in the outside covered Pavilion for up to 12 people with Gas BBQ Station.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped Kitchen with facilities that include an electric cooker and oven, micowave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, mineral water cooler with free refill, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, smoothie machine, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

LIVING ROOM: There is a 42' LCD TV, DVD Player also playing music CD's, Cable TV with 156 channels (featuring 7 sports channels & 7 movie channels).

LOUNGE: The lounge is equipped with 32' LCD TV, DVD Player also playing music CD's and Wii game console.

BAR: A well stocked bar is available for guest use; charged against actual consumption at the time of check out.

POOLSIDE BAR: The poolside bar contains a variety of chilled drinks. Usage charged at checkout.

BREAKFAST: breakfast is served daily in one sitting at any time to suit you from 6.00am to 10.30am. Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, fruit juices, cheese, cold meats, breads, preserves, tea and coffee. Cost of breakfast is 25 Dirham daily, paid locally. Children under 10yrs half price. Breakfast will be served either outdoors or indoors....you choose.

THE PALM ISLAND JUMEIRAH

Frond F of The Palm (where the Villa is located) is completely finished and landscaped. It is truly a magical location in the world's most sought after holiday destination. Currently there are no shops or restaurants on The Palm, but Dubai Marina which has a selection of shops and restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away. In due course The Palm will have it's own GOLDEN MILE of shops and restaurants, whilst the crescent surrounding the fronds will have thirty two 5 star hotels.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
